Equity in Authorship

Women’s wisdom belongs in the DNA of AI.

Two women standing side by side in a home interior near a staircase, with a small white cabinet beside them. The woman on the left has long wavy brown hair, wearing a white blouse and leopard print pants, accessorized with gold jewelry. The woman on the right has shoulder-length gray hair, wearing a black t-shirt and white pants, with her arms crossed.

AI is rewriting how we learn, lead, and create.

Meet Jessica
& Kimberly

We’re Jessica and Kimberly — educators who once built an AI startup, then shut it down when we saw the real issue wasn’t access but authorship. Now we host Women Talkin’ Bout AI, helping women engage AI with curiosity, confidence, and conscience so they can shape what comes next.

Courage Over Credentials

The future won’t be written by the elite, but by the bold.

Interdependence Over Independence

Wisdom grows in community, not isolation.

Why This Work Exists

A smiling woman with dark hair pulled back, wearing a spaghetti strap top, against a peach background.

This is authorship.
This is alchemy.
This is raising the future.

We believe the next world-changing ideas are hidden inside women who were never handed the mic. They don’t speak the language of status or privilege. But they do see something others don’t — and they can’t unsee it.

We’ve lived between worlds — academia and entrepreneurship, science and spirit, logic and longing. We’ve built things, broken things, and left safety behind in pursuit of more.

And what we’ve learned is this: Change doesn’t come only from the credentialed. It comes from those with curiosity and courage.

Our work isn’t about telling women who to become. It’s about helping them remember what they’ve known all along… no matter how many times the world has passed them by.

We’re not here to impress institutions. We’re here to awaken the women who’ll outgrow them. This is alchemy — not as metaphor, but as method. A fusion of imagination and integrity. Of potential and power.

The world doesn’t need more “experts.” It needs metaphorical mothers, mentors, and makers willing to infuse humanity into our most powerful machines. It needs courageous women unafraid to cross the boundaries that once defined them. We believe the story of AI is being written too narrowly, by too few, too fast.

Across the world, women are 20% less likely than men to use generative AI. Not because we’re disinterested or incapable, but because the culture around technology still confuses confidence with belonging.

We’re told that if we don’t keep up, we’ll be replaced. That adoption equals relevance. That curiosity should look like compliance. We don’t buy it.

We’ve lived inside the machinery — academia, edtech, entrepreneurship — and we’ve seen how marketing disguises morality: Democratize. Impact. Efficiency. Each promises progress while quietly reinforcing the same hierarchies it claims to mitigate.

Our work is about interrupting that narrative.
We don’t want women to use AI because they’re afraid not to.
We want them to understand it deeply enough to decide how and whether to use it at all.

The next world-changing ideas won’t come from blind optimism or better algorithms. They’ll come from women asking better questions about power, purpose, and what kind of intelligence we’re actually raising.

This is our work: to slow the conversation down, to bring care and clarity back into it, and to remind the world that no type of intelligence should replace wisdom.
